We have a new host listing, a beautiful one hectare farm close to the Rio Mondego, Quinta das Estrelas.
Owned by an English couple, they are keen for volunteers of all ages and offer accommodation in a 2 berth caravan or tipi.

greetings suma! greetings dave!
(disclaimer) i run the risk of repeating myself right now, i had written a comment the other day and unfortunately am still not certain if i did everything as i should have for all the techno bits to work.
so hello again! im living at a squat in the pure city of lyon/villerbanne, france right now, this place offers many recycled delights but at this point i am fully ready to inhale air that isn’t so flavored of motors… i pass most of the time here studying what i can of the sun and other stars, working in the garden, practicing yoga, cooking and learning bits about bicylce mechanics. i am also learning french now tho i do not speak portuguese at the moment;
my name is yarrow im a young woman born in south dakota usa; for the past five years i have spent the majority of my time living outdoors and for the past two years i have lived in a region called cascadia located in pacific northwest usa and southern brittish columbia canada, myself mostly dwelling in oregon and california.
i have wanted to be in portugal for two years now, what i have read about quitas das estralas has intrigued me, it would be a real treat to pursue working with y’all and the land there. i detest industrial and commercial modes of life and am doing my current best to deepen my participation in and knowledge of other means of living without supporting these systems
i sincerely hope all is well with each of you and the flow there. i welcome a reply!
loving blessings
yarrow
